New Tracking Integrations
Under Tracking & SEO you can now also connect your shop to Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Pinterest and TikTok Pixel. Just paste the ID or the whole code snippet. Tentary then sends page views, checkout starts and purchases to each service. With Pinterest you can also claim your website.
Buttons in Marketing Emails
In Campaigns and Automations, Insert button now adds a button to your email. Color and shape come from your shop design. To give a button its own color, use the background color in the editor. The product editor and the course editor now also show buttons and links in your shop colors.
Custom Code on HTML Pages
Custom code has a new option: Also insert in all HTML pages. Your code then also runs on your uploaded HTML pages.
Connecting your own domain to your shop is now even easier. The setup works with every domain provider, including IONOS and Strato. Your shop is then available with and without www, at yourdomain.com and at www.yourdomain.com. Under Domain you see exactly what to enter at your provider.
If you already use your own domain, you do not need to change anything.

Under Sender address you can now set up an address on your own domain, for example [email protected]. Your customers then get purchase confirmations and newsletters from this address instead of the Tentary address.

* Early Access: Big and complex new features are in Early Access for some time. Early Access is limited to the Grow and Scale plans.
When customers choose Company in the checkout, they now confirm with their own checkbox that they have no right of withdrawal. This applies to all shops automatically and also to products with a withdrawal period. Only private customers still see the checkbox for waiving the right of withdrawal. Under Legal texts & withdrawal you can set Right of withdrawal for companies so that companies have the same right of withdrawal as private customers.
The page also has a new layout and offers templates in German and English, now also for shops outside Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The privacy policy template now also covers Mollie.
Grant Access Through Zapier
Zapier can now run actions in Tentary, not only react to events. Grant Product Access gives a customer access to a product, for example after a sale on another platform. Revoke Product Access takes that access away again. New customers from Zapier count as external customers, the same as with the customer import.

Your Own Signup Form on HTML Pages
On your HTML pages under Landing pages, your own form now collects email addresses. Add data-tentary="subscribe" to the form tag. Tentary saves every address as a subscriber and sends the opt-in email.
-> More info & instructions in the Help Center
Custom Files for Everyone
Custom files are out of early access and now available to everyone. In any order, upload files under Custom files that only that buyer can see.
-> More info & instructions in the Help Center
Under Email design you decide how the emails to your customers look. Add your Logo or a Banner, pick a Font and one of four layouts: Modern, Classic, Minimal or Accent. Color and shape of the buttons come from your shop design.
Download Your Files
Every file in the product editor and in the course editor now has a download icon next to it. Use it to get your uploaded files, audios, and videos back at any time.
Turn Files Into Videos
Uploaded a video as a normal file? You can click the film icon (Convert to video) next to it to convert it into a playable video afterwards. The icon appears for all common video formats. When a video conversion breaks off, for newly uploaded videos as well, Tentary now starts it again automatically.
Meta Pixel Reports the Full Order Value
On orders with an order bump, the pixel used to report the price of the main product only. It now sends the complete order value including order bumps.
All shop addresses under tentary.com have moved to mytentary.com. shopname.tentary.com is now shopname.mytentary.com. Existing links forward automatically. Nothing is needed from you. All your links keep working, in emails, in ads and on your sales pages. Shops with a custom domain are not affected.
What the new address brings:
- Custom code is now open to every shop, under Custom code
- Complete HTML pages to upload, under Landing pages
- Its own reputation with Google, separate from tentary.com
Under Confirmation email you can now set the Subject and Text of your opt-in email yourself. Customers receive this email when they subscribe to your marketing emails. The preview shows you right away what the finished email looks like.
For freebies you can add your own note text as well. Leave a field empty and the default text is used automatically.
In your shop settings you now decide what appears at your web address:
- Your shop
- One of your landing pages
- Nothing
- Forwarding to an external site
When your home page shows something else, your shop with all products stays available at /shop. Deactivate the shop page switches it off completely, for everyone who only sells through single sales pages.
Custom code used to require a custom domain. On the new shop addresses under mytentary.com it is open to everyone from today, no purchased domain needed.
Custom Code
Custom code holds your HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for every page of your shop. Typical uses are tracking pixels, analytics tools, chat widgets, or small design tweaks.
Upload Your Own HTML Pages
Landing pages has a new New HTML page button. It takes a complete HTML page, with your own code and your own design. The page runs under one of your shop addresses, for example yourshop.mytentary.com/webinar. An AI tool can write the HTML for you, and you paste the code straight in.
For shops on yourshop.tentary.com
Every shop on tentary.com moves to mytentary.com automatically on 1 September 2026. The reason: on its own domain, separate from tentary.com, we can open custom code up to everyone. Nothing is needed from you, and your existing links keep working. If you want to move sooner, your dashboard has a Move my shop now button.
Your billing settings have a new option: Do not create invoices. With it switched on, Tentary no longer creates or sends an invoice when someone buys. It's meant for everyone who writes their invoices themselves, for example in accounting software.
The e-invoice, the credit note on refunds, and the invoices for subscription renewals are dropped as well. Invoices that already exist stay available. You can still create a single invoice from an order in one click. Nothing changes about tax calculation, addresses, and tax data.
Add an Access End Date Later
You can now set the access period on any order, even when the product was sold without an expiry date. Pick an end date under "Access period", or lift the limit again in one click.
Installment Plans Are Checked in the Product Editor
Every installment plan now spells out what the buyer actually pays as you type it: number of installments, amount per installment, and the total. Swapped values stand out immediately and can be turned around with "Swap values".
More Data in Zapier
The Zapier triggers now send this data as well:
- Your buyers' VAT ID (customer_vat_id)
- Whether they bought as a company or as a private person (customer_type)
- The answers from your custom checkout fields, one field at a time (custom_fields) or bundled into ready-made text (custom_fields_text)
Copy Modules Into Another Course
The menu on every module in the course editor now has Copy to another course. The module moves across with all its lessons and their content, and the original course stays exactly as it is.
Offer Courses as Variants
Course products now support variants. Each variant stands for exactly one course, and your buyers choose which one they want on the checkout page. That way a basic course and a premium course are offered through a single product.
Duplicate a Product and Its Course Together
Duplicating a course product now creates its own copy of the course as well. The copy is fully independent, so you can rebuild it without anything changing for the original or its buyers.
The Separate Course Status Is Gone
New courses are published from the start. Whether your buyers can open a course now follows from the product they bought it through, which means one less place where a finished course can sit invisible without you noticing.
Edit the Access Period
For products whose access expires, you can now change the end date straight from the order, either to a specific date or by adding 30 or 90 days in one click.
- Campaigns and automations can now be edited as HTML, so pasted formatting survives.
- Limited time offer prices also appear on your shop overview.
- In your reports, subscription renewals count towards the month they were charged.
Course Previews
Release individual lessons as a free preview by marking them in the course editor. Every sales page for the course then shows an automatic preview link to those lessons.
Set the Release Time
Dripped lessons now appear at a fixed time of day. Set it under Course settings, applied to all your courses and based on your timezone.
Duplicate Courses
Duplicate a whole course in one click, including its structure, lessons, and settings, as an editable copy.
Also Improved
- Product search: search your products in the products overview.
- Emails: search and sort your campaigns and automations.
- Order bumps: you can now create invoice corrections for orders with an order bump.
- Significantly improved loading times across the app.
We rebuilt online courses from the ground up. Courses now have their own editor, where even large, complex courses are easier to create and manage. The view your buyers see is completely new, too.
Here's some of what's new:
- Several layouts for the course area, such as the card view (see image)
- Release lessons on a schedule: by date, days after purchase, or once another lesson is completed
- Clearer participant management with progress tracking
- Automatic course backups
You move your existing courses into the new system yourself, whenever you're ready.

A Dedicated Sign-Up Page for Your Newsletter
Your shop now has a standalone newsletter sign-up page at "/subscribe" (e.g. yourshop.com/subscribe) that shows only your sign-up form.
Share Landing Pages with Affiliates
Make your landing pages available for your affiliates to promote. Just enable the "Available for affiliates" option in a landing page's settings. The page then appears in your affiliates' area next to your products, each with their affiliate link attached. Any resulting purchases are automatically attributed to that affiliate.
Transaction IDs for Easier Payment Mapping
The order details and the Zapier triggers now include each payment's transaction ID, the reference from your payment provider (e.g. PayPal or Stripe). The orders export menu also offers a new payments export that lists every individual payment with its transaction ID. This makes payments easier to reconcile.
As of 19 June 2026, a withdrawal button is legally required in online retail. We have already activated it automatically for all shops based in the EU, with nothing for you to set up.
Your shop footer now shows a „Withdraw from contract“ button. Customers use it to submit a withdrawal with their order number and email and receive an immediate confirmation of receipt. You are notified by email and review each withdrawal yourself as usual, no refund is triggered automatically.
The footer was slightly adjusted to fit the button, and you can control whether it is shown anytime in your legal settings.
To-do: update your legal texts
Your privacy policy and cancellation policy must mention the new withdrawal. Re-apply our updated templates in your legal settings or extend your own texts. You'll find all steps and the ready-to-use text blocks in the help center.
Strike-Through Price on Order Bumps
When an order bump's price is lower than the regular price of the linked product, the regular price now appears struck through next to the bump price. Customers see the value of the offer at a glance.
Customizable Sign-Up Form for External Products
For "Direct link" products with the email opt-in enabled, the form shown before the redirect now also asks for first and last name. You can also customize the form's title and button text.
Refreshed Default Styles for New Shops
Newly created shops now start with tidier default styles: more subtle colors, better-matched fonts and buttons, and a visible login link.
Google Search Console
Under "Tracking & SEO" in the shop settings, add your Google Search Console verification code to verify your shop there and see how it performs in Google search.
